I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nutakki and Valerie. I had a dental emergency and was nervous about leaving my home during Covid times but the office is super clean, everyone is wearing masks and they have added extra plexiglass barriers to the reception area and hand sanitizers are available for patients as well. Dr. Nutakki and Valerie are so kind, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The office is really nice and it’s easy to schedule an appointment. I would highly recommend this place.
I love Dr. Bhatt and Suszanne! Both are so friendly, personable and professional. I would highly recommend them!
Went in with horrible tooth pain, and they took quick and effective steps to relieve my issues. They are very thorough with their exams and the explanations of how they will treat you. I hate going to dentist, but this place is definitely an exception. The doctors and staff did everything they could to make my exam as easy as possible.
We love Serenity Dental! My kids aren’t nervous to go to the dentist anymore after regular visits with the great staff at this office. I recommend them to anyone.
My family and I have been customers of Serenity Dental for going on 7 years now. We started going to them out of convenience, but that quickly changed when we realized how good they were. My teeth cleanings have been so much better since switching to them. We even switched our kids from a specialty kids dentist to Serenity and were impressed that our kids did as well, if not better, at Serenity Dental. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I’ve had a few different hygienists at Serenity and they are all great! We highly recommend Serenity Dental.
Dr. Bhatt and his team have been amazing to work with! I have been to several dentist in my lifetime on the search for an office with integrity. I have found a home at Serenity Dental. Dr. Bhatt projects integrity and most importantly has backed it up with his actions multiple times in my visits. It’s clear he is a true leader and his team reflects it.
Amazing facility. Both dentists get a A++++++, as well as there amazing assistants/front office staff. Each procedure is explained to the fullest and answer all concerns. I am 70 and am not a fan of Dentist’s until my recent visits. Preparation was pain free to my surprise and was amazed how well the dentists and assistants worked together with each procedure making my experience amazingly smooth.
It’s a pleasure to know these kindest doctors and hygienists who volunteered to treat a small village in Africa. Life is as busy as we are living in the US, it’s a rare to see anyone would have time to help the needy.
I congratulate Serenity Dental as the name implies, it’s serene and kind besides being Royal.
I hate going to the Dentist but wow. This place is actually wonderful. They are very good about explaining the process and what I need to expect. They are great about making sure I feel comfortable (they have Netflix and neck pillows) and are very empathetic (they really listen to you). The office is neat and clean and the people are great. I am very happy with my experience and will be coming back when I need to!
We needed a new family dentist and they came highly recommended so we thought we’d give them a try. Robin and everyone in the front office was amazing. So far, both my son and husband have had appointments. They said everyone was fantastic! Dr Bhatt and his team were knowledgeable and caring. So excited to have a permanent dentist!
The Staff here, though I went there in pain, they ALWAYS make me feel right at home. Jody and Dr Bhatt heard my voice and they remembered who I was. DAY I meet Dr Nutakki who made me feel very comfortable and right at home. Communicates very well with you about the problem and what He needs to do to fix it. They are about more than just working on your teeth, they treat you like a human being and not just a customer. I forgot to mention the very nice assistance from the front desk and both dental assistants that helped me as well. God Bless You All.
This has been my second time here. The doctor and staff are very nice and informative. I switched over another dentist in GIlbert. This Dr. was very informative and very knowledgeable! He knew things that my other dentist didn’t. It wasn’t until I seen a specialist for a certain tooth, that my old dentist confirmed the problem. I came in here and Dr. Jayganesh knew everything the specialist had told me, and what my old dentist didn’t. Will keep coming here. I feel right at home. Give this place a try, they are GREAT.
I can’t say enough about this practice. I broke an old crown on Sunday afternoon (eating Goldfish; who knew?) I called the office Monday morning, and was given a Tuesday morning appointment with Dr Bhatt. They called me Tuesday morning to tell me they had a cancellation, and would take me early if I wanted. I rushed over, and I have to say, the entire team was as professional and efficient as I have ever experienced. I was in and out in a little over an hour with a temporary crown that fits perfectly, for an extremely reasonable price. Try Serenity. You will be pleased.
Love this dental office! We moved to south Gilbert and needed a new dentist. Serenity dental is the dental office to go to! Kind, professional, knowledgable, friendly… and according to my 6 yr old has a great snack selection haha Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!
Serenity Dental deserves ten stars. I am the most fearful, chicken ever with the dentist. I’m also a germaphobe. Tammy my hygienist, Dr Bhatt, and The surgeon, Dr. Nutakki, could not be nicer and made me feel safe. As an extra bonus the office staff is so darn nice and efficient. I don’t feel for a second they were overpriced or charged me or my insurance for unnecessary things. This is my first dentist in Arizona and I feel like I struck gold!
I have been going to Serenity Dental for many years now. Dr. Bhatt and his staff are caring, efficient and just all around marvelous! I recently recommended this office to a good friend who not too long ago moved here from California. She loved her old dentist in Cali! She had a wonderful experience with Serenity and was well cared for, as she needed a crown. If anyone is looking for a great dentist and equally as great staff, Serenity Dental is your place!
